1. What is a head spa?

Unlike normal hair wash services, our signature head spa is a full sensory experience focused on relaxation. By using different techniques to massage the scalp, neck, shoulders along with our waterfall ring (deluxe packages will include a body massage and facial), you are indulged in comfort. Our head spas are specifically designed to help you relieve your stress while also improving the circulation of your scalp. Our 4 packages include: 30min, 60min, 75min & 90min. Please head to our price list to learn more about the procedures included in each package.

 

2. Is there any restriction in age or gender for the head spa?

Not at all. No matter the age or gender, you can easily enjoy the head spa. We will always provide service without discrimination. For pregnant customers, please keep in mind that the long-duration package will require you to lie down for at least 60-90 minutes on both your belly and back. If you are uncomfortable lying down for long periods, we recommend choosing a shorter package. 

 

3. Do I need to come prepared?

All you need to do is come in with a body ready to relax. Though, we do recommend for customers to come in with casual clothing and minimal jewellery, as we require you to take all jewelry off (except earrings) in preperation for your service. Other small details like makeup will definitely not be an issue, but we will remove it if you are getting a facial.

 

4. How many people I can book for a Head Spa?

If you are looking to book for multiple people at once, we have a limit of 6 customers. Please consider calling in advance so that we can accomodate and arrange staff for you if above 4 people. 

 

5. Anything else that I need to keep in mind during the Head Spa?

- For the comfort and relaxation of others in the spa, we kindly ask that you put your phone on silent and keep noise to a minimum. 

- Our head spa treatment does not inlcude a full blow-dry, just a hair dry off. If you are seeking for hair-styling or blow-dry, that would be an extra service from $30. Please let our staff know in advance so that we can prepare for you, as we are focusing more in head spa & massage instead of hair-styling.

- If you have long/thick hair, it would be an extra $10 and $20 for hair-extension.

- Everything would be easier for both of us if you come in with untangled hair, so that we can spend more time for the massage.
